To input patient attendance data into SystmOne Registering patients and scanning referrals onto system Creating rotas for Consultant clinics and entering clinic lists onto system, ensuring these are checked and up to date prior to the clinic starting Entering eye screening reports Ensuring patient and GP details are accurate and updated as necessary To deal with telephone enquiries and conveying messages appropriately To liaise with other staff regarding queries on data input information To sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for posting Labelling correspondence for scanning into EPR Produce information/routine reports as required To prioritise own workload to meet the needs of the patients and Consultants and ensure all deadlines are met To provide cover as required during absence of colleagues To monitor urgent e mail inboxes and act accordingly on any queries Any other duties appropriate to the grade as delegated by the senior secretary
