We are currently recruiting for a Young Person Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a nurturing and therapeutic residential child care setting.
As a Young Person Support Worker, you will:
• Provide consistent emotional and practical support to children and young people with a range of complex needs.
• Build positive, trusting relationships to help them develop
confidence and life skills.
• Support with daily routines.
• Help maintain a safe and stable environment.
• Promote independence and help young people achieve their personal goals.

Candidate essentials:
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and empathetic approach.
• A willingness to work flexibly.
• The right to work in the UK.
Desirables:
• Experience in residential childcare or youth support.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child development and trauma-informed practice.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
