Duties

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential
Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Experience in guest services to create a welcoming environment for patrons
Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory
