Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSW Senior Social Worker/Specialist Social Worker (Pledge) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessments of individual and family needs.
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients.
Advocate for client needs within service systems and community resources.
Supervise and mentor junior social workers to foster their professional development.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and interventions.
Conduct regular evaluations of programs to assess effectiveness and client outcomes.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic support for clients.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Valid state social work license (LCSW or equivalent).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in social work practice, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethical guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with program evaluation and knowledge of community resources.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.67
Location: Southwark, South East London
