We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Transport Management Contracts Officer to support the delivery of the Home to School Transport (HtST) service. This role provides essential operational, administrative, and business support to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of this statutory function.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support to the HtST service, ensuring processes run efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
Assist with the coordination and administration of transport arrangements for eligible children, including those supported under discretionary powers.
Contribute to the day-to-day operational delivery of the service, including data management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Support the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

This is a key role within the Children’s Services team, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
