Residential Support Worker Supported Accommodation (16 - 21)

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve independence?
We're looking for a caring, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Worker to join our supported accommodation service for young people aged 16 - 21, including care leavers and young parents.
Main duties:
Encourage engagement in education, employment, or training.
Promote positive routines, well-being, and emotional resilience.
Complete records, risk assessments, and safeguarding reports.
Help with housing and move-on plans, attending meetings and reviews.
Work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Support young people with independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning and organisation
What are we looking for:
Minimum 1 year working with vulnerable young people (16 - 21)
GCSE Maths & English (C/4 or above) Ofsted requirement
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Calm, patient, and empathetic under pressure
Holds a, or is willing to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
Desirable: Driving licence, Level 3 Diploma, First Aid, Food Hygiene, or Trauma-Informed Practice training.
