Maintenance Manager - Temporary Contract (6 Months)

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team of tradespeople in delivering high-quality building maintenance services across a large, multi-site estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely response to reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Manage and optimise the CAFM system to track jobs, allocate resources, and report performance.
- Lead a team of 12 staff, including plumbers, joiners, electricians, and semi-skilled operatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and stakeholder communication across all maintenance activities.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and service standards.
About You
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally in a public sector or campus environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a multi-trade team.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Contract Details
- Temporary role for approximately 6 months.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
- Immediate start preferred.
