We’re looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and experienced Support Worker to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding setting. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to empower vulnerable young people and help shape their futures.

About the Role

You’ll be working directly with young people in care, supporting them emotionally and practically as they transition into adulthood. Your role will include:

Helping them develop life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and self-care
Supporting education, training, and employment goals
Promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience
Encouraging positive relationships and community engagement
Ensuring safeguarding and compliance with care plans

What We’re Looking For

Essential: Proven experience working with looked-after children aged 16–18
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by care-experienced young people
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively
Calm under pressure, with a trauma-informed approach
Commitment to promoting independence and self-confidence
