Mental Health Support Worker – Lytham St Annes
Full-Time: 37.5 hours + 1 Sleep-in per week

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our residential team in Lytham St Annes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support adults in a recovery-focused setting, helping them build skills, gain independence, and successfully move on and rehabilitate into the community.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and emotional support to adults with mental health needs.

Support recovery-focused goals, promoting independence and life skills.

Assist with daily living activities including personal care, nutrition, and medication.

Facilitate engagement in therapeutic and recreational activities.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.

Participate in sleep-in duties on a rota basis (£74 per sleep).

Shifts & Hours:

37.5 hours per week, including day, evening, and late shifts.

At least 2 daytime shifts per week guaranteed.

One sleep-in per week (£74 per sleep). Salary £24570

Requirements & Skills:

Experience in mental health, social care, or residential support preferred.

Compassionate, patient, and able to support people through recovery journeys.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent desirable.

DBS check (current or willing to apply).

Full UK Driving Licence advantageous.
