This is a Part Time (28.8 hours a week), Permanent post based in Swindon with hybrid working.

What you will be doing
Our team provides a full range of pay and reward services to Historic England, and a pension service to the English Heritage Trust and the Independent Football Regulator under shared services arrangements.
All three organisations are participants in the Civil Service Pension Scheme arrangements which are operated by the Cabinet Office and administered by a third party. The English Heritage Trust and Independent Football Regulator both also operate separate defined contribution pension schemes.
The pension schemes are a key part of the overall reward packages, and you will play an important role in ensuring this is delivered efficiently and effectively, with excellent customer service.
You will be trained and supported by the Pensions Manager to support the delivery of all pension aspects of the shared services arrangements with Historic England, the English Heritage Trust and the Independent Football Regulator.
You will assist the Pensions Manager with the pension management and coordinating and supporting the operation of all aspects of the various pension and associated schemes.
In addition, you will play an important role in supporting the Reward Senior Specialist with the development, implementation and maintenance of Reward programmes and projects and the data modelling and analysis that accompanies them, making this a very exciting and diverse role.
Who we are looking for
Previous experience of working in an HR environment
Good computer skills and knowledge of their use in HR, including HR databases, Excel spreadsheets and willingness to learn new digital skills
Ability to apply a logical, structured and methodical approach to work and to problem solving
Organisational and administrative skills and ability to prioritise, plan and organise self effectively
Ability to form effective relationships with external third-party providers and internal departments/teams
Ability to communicate effectively to employees at all levels
