Location: Belfast, BT3 9ED
Shifts: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
We are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations by picking orders using forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck), loading vehicles for delivery, and assisting with the cutting of flooring products when required.
This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe, ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking orders from the warehouse using forklifts (Counterbalance/Reach Truck).
- Loading vehicles for delivery, ensuring the correct items are dispatched.
- Utilising in-house systems (tablets/RF scanners) to print jobs and track orders.
- Cutting flooring products as required to fulfil orders.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck).
- Ability to work efficiently during shifts (8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday).
- Comfortable using in-house systems (tablets, RF scanners).
- Ability to cut flooring products when required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
