About the Company:

A Leading Housing Developer are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new site in Rugby. Looking for someone who can support the Site Manager and push the site for a Pride in the Job Award.

Offering up to £50,000 + a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

The Assistant Site Manager will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the successful completion of the construction project. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of new build housing projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Further certifications in construction management

Working Conditions:

This role will require on-site presence and may involve working in varied weather conditions. Travel between sites in Coventry may be necessary.
