Schedule: Monday - Friday | 07.00 – 16:00/ 17:00

Smart Solutions is currently recruiting for a Sort line Operative for our client based in Cheltenham. Our client is transforming waste into valuable resources and lessening its impact on the environment.
As a Sort Line Operative, you will be responsible for the removal of recyclable material and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor safely and productively, ensuring that pick rate targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
• Separating & placing materials for further recycling in the appropriate chute
• Picking at defined rates, selective materials from a moving conveyor
• General Housekeeping and cleaning of machines & the operator cabins
• Follow all site health and safety rules
Requirements:
• Ability to follow shift patterns
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Good physical condition to handle the demands of the role
• Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time on your feet
