LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

YOUR ROLE:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the link between suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll:

✔️ Coordinate daily logistics activities to support seamless import operations.
✔️ Monitor shipments, liaise with customer warehouses, and keep records up to date.
✔️ Work closely with freight forwarders, airlines, and shipping lines to manage deliveries.
✔️ Collaborate with Sales and Merchandising teams to meet customer requirements.
✔️ Verify shipping documentation for compliance and accuracy.
✔️ Track shipment progress and arrange delivery bookings.
✔️ Support with ad hoc logistics and administrative tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

✔️ Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or order management.
✔️ Knowledge of import freight shipping and UK customs clearance.
✔️ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Strong communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
✔️ A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system (desirable).
