Reporting Office: Trafford, Manchester
Persona: Mobile - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident home, estates etc, with ad hoc office attendance as required

Join our Reactive Maintenance Team at L&Q:
An opportunity has arisen to join our in-house reactive maintenance service, in the Trafford, North West England area. We are looking for an experienced dual trade Joiner to work within our Responsive Repairs covering our North West housing stock.
You will be given an L&Q van for business use. It is essential to have a driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (power tools are provided).
Your impact in the role:
Our Multi trade/Joiners are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, Splice repairs, General Locksmith, bathroom Sub Floors, Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and other general Maintenance repairs.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction.
Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm in general. Out of hours cover will also be required on rota. You will be paid extra for out of hours.
What you'll bring:
NVQ Level 2 or formal apprenticeship or equivalent experience and experience working as a joiner.
Trade qualification, knowledge and experience.
Experience gained within a Maintenance environment.
Able to deliver excellent customer service.
'Right first-time' approach.
Health and Safety Conscious.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Dual trade skills.
Manual full Driving Licence.
