About the role:
The Inclusion Manager manages Additional Learning Needs (ALN) statutory processes, oversees provision across a geographical are, leads a team of specialists, supports schools and deputises for the Service Manager as required.
About you:
You will be a qualified teacher with experience of and additional qualifications in ALN.
You will be flexible and resilient with a capacity to manage unexpected or novel situations.
What you will do:
You will work with the Service Manager and one other Inclusion Manager to implement all service delivery and statutory processes. Providing support to schools and other settings to provide high quality education and support for pupils with ALN. You will also line manage a team of Specialists.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
