Crynodeb
Shift is rotating 4 on, 4 off. Working from 7pm until 5am.
The role will involve monitoring of CCTV for 4 properties. Properties house between 12 and 34 residents. 3 properties currently running, with the 4th to open around October/November. Three properties based in Liverpool 3 area with one in Liverpool 5
Properties house vulnerable adults and the homeless, placed by LCC Housing Options.
Every other hour, patrols of all properties to ensure everything is peaceful and no issues.
Any issues that arise to be dealt with appropriately.
May be required to escort non residents off property if needed, diffuse situations, issue eviction letters.
Clean driver's license is required as well as a SIA badge. (2 year driving for insurance purposes) Work van will be provided for patrols.
Salary is 30k per annum paid weekly.
