•Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and follow-up processes.
•Maintain and update healthcare records using both paper-based and computerised systems and databases.
•Have an awareness and ensure accurate handling and storage of sensitive information in line with data protection regulations (GDPR).
•Perform general administrative duties such as answering telephones, taking messages, photocopying, filing, and handling post.
•Prepare and maintain client folders, attend assessments, care plans in line with company procedures.
•Manage a varied workload effectively while meeting deadlines and service targets.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders in person, over the phone, and via written correspondence.
•Support the wider team by liaising with staff at all levels and responding to administrative needs as required.
•Contribute to a positive office culture through a flexible and collaborative approach.
