Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for customer service and logistics?
My client is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join their team within a busy manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring smooth stock and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and build/maintain strong relationships
- Process orders accurately using internal systems
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery expectations
- Monitor and manage stock levels across internal and external warehouses
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Generate credit/debit notes and support invoicing processes
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Support sales and planning teams during peak periods and absences
What you'll need to succeed (Essential) and (Desirable)
(E) Experience in sales, customer service, or office administration
(E) Strong communication and problem-solving skills
(E) GCSEs (Grade 9-4 / A*-C) in English and Maths
(E) AS & A Levels or equivalent
(E) Advanced Microsoft Office skills
(E) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
(E) Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
(D) Experience with automated ordering systems
(D) Knowledge of stock and order control
