The Sales Development Rep Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who wants to learn fast, work on real projects, and make an impact.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll:
• Qualify inbound leads and tender opportunities
• Support bids, proposals, and RFI/RFQ responses
• Keep pipeline accurate and organised in HubSpot
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Book meetings, track actions, and help deals move forward
Their goal isn’t just to get on the spec — it’s to stay there. That means asking the right questions, engaging the right people, and helping position their offer at the top.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role — ideal for someone organised, commercially curious, and eager to grow.

What You Bring:
You might be a graduate (e.g. architecture, interior design, quantity surveying, construction management) or have 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, estimating, or fitout support.
More importantly, you bring:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence working with clients and technical information
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
