Crynodeb
Groundworker required in South Birmingham to work in void properties on behalf of the council on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Client
Our client is an award winning main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties include:
- General Ground works including slabbing and landscaping
- Fencing
- Collecting and disposing rubbish
- Excellent customer service skills
- Following Health and Safety regulations
- Logging completed work/adding notes on to the system
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is 12 weeks temporary but could lead to a permanent position.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ground worker/Bricklaying
- NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks or Bricklaying - Desirable
- Landscaping Experience
- Cat and Genny Trained
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Full clean driving licence - max 5 points
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
