We are looking for an experienced On-Site Fitter to join our growing team, specialising in installations within the hospitality sector. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical ability, problem-solving skills, and strong leadership to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out installations on-site in hospitality venues.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Assemble, scribe, deconstruct, and adapt units as required.
• Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Lead and support a team of fitters, providing guidance and training.
• Liaise with other tradespeople (e.g., site electricians) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain a strong focus on site safety and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience as a shop fitter, kitchen fitter, or similar role.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, drills, screw guns) and power tools (e.g., skill saw, jigsaw, router).
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service focused, with the ability to represent the company professionally on site.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of site safety.
