Work with York Limited are looking to recruit a temporary Engagement and Learner Course Coordinator. This is a part time role, based in a central York office and at a York secondary school. The role is to cover 2.5 days a week, one day will be a Monday and the remaining 1.5 days to cover Tuesdays and Wednesdays, including one evening.
The rate of pay is £13.86 per hour,

This role involves;
Responding and processing learner enquiries
Taking enrolments
Working with the general public
Communicating clearly and effectively with customers.
Working on your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team.
You will need to:
Be proficient in excel, spreadsheets and have excellent database skills
Have excellent customer service skills
Possess excellent public facing skills
Be able to multi task
Have a basic Adults DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
