Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary
Shift Patterns: Day and Night shifts available (with overtime as needed) 6am - 3pm and 3pm - midnight (rotating shift pattern)
Pay Rate: £12.57 per hours for Production Operatives and £13.62ph per hour with a FLT license

Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you'll be a key player on our assembly line, ensuring that wheels and tyres are assembled to the highest standards. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble tyre and wheel components according to work instructions
- Conduct visual inspections of rims, tyres, and valves
- Perform basic quality checks and testing procedures
- Operate hand tools and production machinery safely
- Monitor the production process and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Crosstrain across various positions on the assembly line
- Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Screw on RDC valves and manually assemble weights
- Ensure only faultless wheels are stored and shipped
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit - able to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Courter Balance FLT experience
