Job description:
Twilight Office Administrator (Part-Time) on a month-to-month rolling basis.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Twilight Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and brings a proactive, flexible, and solution-focused mindset to their work.
Working Hours:
Part-time, Monday to Friday
Option 1: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Option 2: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
(Flexibility to cover full-time hours during staff holidays or sickness is essential.)
Role Overview
This position requires someone with strong initiative, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to absorb and communicate scheme-related information efficiently across departments. You will be expected to manage a range of administrative and customer service tasks, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone and email
Process pre-files and prepare new files for submission
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, logging and managing complaints through to resolution
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets
Monitor and track the performance of installation teams
Provide ongoing support and assistance to internal departments
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or customer support role
Proven data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Resilient, with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Strong attendance record is essential
