Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 16:30

Salary: Scale 4 point 7-8, Actual Salary £21412 - £21753

We are looking for an inclusion support worker. We require a skilled and committed individual to work with students helping them remove barriers to learning and support them with strategies to enable them to work successfully in their lessons.

The successful candidate will be a determined and resilient individual who understands the importance of fostering rapport with students, expects high standards and believes that a culture of excellent behaviour for learning and respect is vital to the progress of our students.
