What you’ll do

Lead and coach a small team, creating space for people to shine

Prepare accurate management accounts and clear reports

Partner with teams across Home Group to explain the numbers and spot opportunities

Review forecasts and challenge assumptions to support better decisions

Work closely with a brilliant Finance Manager who’ll support and stretch you

Help build a culture of continuous improvement in everything we do

Experience in financial reporting and management accounting
