We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead on budgets, contracts, and client relationships in Barrow-in-Furness.
Salary: £70,000+
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
You’ll be responsible for:
Budget control and contract negotiations
Managing and motivating a team
Building strong client partnerships
Overseeing compliance, safety, and quality on projects
