Crynodeb
As the Unscheduled Care Lead you will: Provide Leadership and line management for those within the Unscheduled care team. Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations. Deliver excellence in all areas of your role. Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the prison that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements. This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence. Inspire your team and the wider Integrated team to deliver high quality care and effective interventions to residents at the prison. Inspire trust and excellence in your team by pro-actively leading the service and motivating the team, recognising that our workforce is our most valuable asset. Promote best practice in the field of unscheduled care, triage and emergency response. Promote Best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of shared learning Share ideas and innovations to ensure we meet the contractual requirements. Share knowledge and expertise to build confidence and knowledge in the team (as well as with the prison operator) regarding emergency responses.
