This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team on a major project in the Life Sciences sector in Warwick.

What will you be responsible for?
-Lead the planning function on major construction projects from tender through to completion.
-Develop detailed construction programmes using industry-standard software, Asta Power Project.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure programme accuracy and feasibility.
-Monitor progress against baseline programmes and provide regular updates and reports.
-Identify and manage project risks and opportunities through effective planning strategies.
-Support bid teams with planning input for tenders and proposals.
-Ensure compliance with Kier's planning standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
-Proven experience in a senior level planning role within the construction industry.
-Strong working knowledge of planning software (Asta Powerproject).
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
-Relevant qualifications in construction or engineering (HNC/HND/Degree level preferred).
-Ability to coach, mentor and recruit more junior planners
