Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize our restaurant’s digital platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness through innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain digital systems, including reservation platforms, online ordering apps, and POS systems.
Implement new features for mobile and web applications to improve customer convenience.
Ensure seamless integration of software components, such as inventory management, payment processing, and CRM tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform updates, and maintain system security and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in web and mobile app development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Swift, or relevant frameworks).
Experience with database management and API integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of security best practices and system optimization techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience developing and maintaining digital systems or applications.
Familiarity with restaurant technology systems (POS, online ordering, reservation platforms) is a plus.
Relocation
Relocation to Uttoxeter is required.
