Marketing & Design Executive
Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Design Executive to join TLJ Group Ltd. This role will provide vital support to the Marketing Manager across day-to-day marketing activities while also taking ownership of design-led projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design skills with an interest in broader marketing operations, helping us strengthen our brand presence and deliver high-quality campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Graphic Design – Create engaging visual assets including brochures, sales collateral, event materials, social media graphics, presentations, and website visuals, ensuring consistency with TLJ brand guidelines.
• Digital & Social Media – Coordinate and schedule content on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring posts are timely, professional, and on-brand.
• Events – Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events, including logistics and promotional materials.
• Video & Photography Support – Help plan and coordinate video shoots and photography sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Product Launches – Assist with the marketing roll-out of new products, supporting campaign materials, collateral, and digital activity.
• Website Maintenance – Keep projects, blogs, and news sections up to date with fresh content.
• General Marketing Support – Provide day-to-day assistance to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department
Qualifications & Skills
• Degree or proven experience in Graphic Design or a similar role.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Interest in developing a career in marketing, with the flexibility to take on varied tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
What We Offer
• £26,000 to £28,000 per year salary depending on experience
• BUPA Health Insurance (post probation)
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
