The Best Connection is recruiting for a reliable Drivers Mate to join a leading kitchen company to support their delivery drivers with transporting premium kitchens, appliances, and fittings to customers across the south of the UK. This is a full time position available to start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the driver with safe and timely delivery of kitchen units and appliances
  • Load and unload vehicles with care and accuracy
  • Ensure all deliveries are complete and undamaged
  • Provide excellent customer service at each drop-off
  • Follow all health & safety procedures
  • Goods in and out

Requirements:

  • Physically fit - this is a hands-on role involving heavy lifting

  • Punctual, polite, and professional attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • A team player who's willing to go the extra mile

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

  • Must have a drivers license and own transport

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 3pm

Pay:

£12.25 per hour
