About Us:
Join an established design and build M&E Building Services Contractor, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors. They are committed to innovation, excellence, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will work across a variety of projects and sectors, such as healthcare, education, residential, stadiums, offices and hotels valued at up to £25 million, within a large design team of 20 engineers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of mechanical projects, designing HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Utilise design software such as, IES, H2X, Revit and AutoCAD
  • Work across RIBA stages 2-7
  • Carry out site visits and surveys
  • Assist with the training of more junior staff

What you'll need to succeed

  • Over 5 years UK experience within a building services consultancy or contractor
  • Experience working as a Senior Engineer and running your own jobs
  • Good communication and technician skills
