**This is a part time vacancy for 3 days per week (22.5hrs per week/Monday - Wednesday)**

To support the work of the London Admin Hub by accurate, efficient and timely execution of essential operational activities that support inviting women for breast screening and the scheduling of clinics and appointments, under the direction of the
Office Manager. To liaise closely with other Administration/Data Officers/Clinical admin officers to ensure integration of functions and facilitate providing cover for periods of short-term absence. All admin officers are expected to develop the knowledge and ability to provide cover for key elements of other departmental work. The specific elements to be covered by each Admin Officer will be specified by the Office Manager, who will also arrange appropriate training.
