Crynodeb
You will act as a lead engagement specialist, taking ownership of key activities and ensuring a professional and effective approach to engagement. You will work closely with senior colleagues across DHCW including Engagement, People & Organisational Development and Communications to support strategic goals. You will build and maintain partnerships with NHS Wales, commercial partners, Welsh Government, and other stakeholders. You will design and evaluate engagement activities, prepare reports and briefings for boards and committees, and maintain clear and consistent communications. You will support training and development for yourself and others, demonstrating DHCWs values and Compassionate Leadership Principles. You will ensure all initiatives reflect best practice and contribute to a culture of learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
