As a valued member of the ICU therapy team, you will be actively involved in patient assessment, treatment planning and delivery, goal setting, monitoring progress, and helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will also contribute to the smooth running of the service by supporting therapy-led initiatives, carrying out delegated clinical duties, and ensuring excellent communication with patients, their families’ and across the multidisciplinary team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, eager to learn, and ready to make a real difference to people’s rehabilitation journeys.
