What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting a Year 7 pupil with autism across lessons and social times
• Helping them build independence, confidence, and academic engagement
• Using visual support strategies, break cards and structured communication tools
• Collaborating with SENCO, class teachers and therapists
• Tracking progress and adjusting support as needed

Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Hounslow School:
