Salary: £95–£110 per day (term-time only, full-time)

This Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Support Assistant to provide 1:1 guidance to a Year 7 pupil who needs help navigating the transition to secondary school.
This role goes beyond classroom support — you’ll play a key role in mentoring, regulating, and guiding a student with emerging behaviour needs, supported by a specialist pastoral and inclusion team.
Key Highlights:
• Behaviour Support Assistant – immediate start in Year 7

• Liaising with staff to implement behaviour plans and rewards
• Acting as a positive, consistent role model every day
