Allstaff Warehouse Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Warehouse Operator.**
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Hillington, Glasgow.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure accurate and efficient processing of goods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operating a Counterbalance forklift to safely move stock and materials
* Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
* Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
* Supporting delivery booking processes (training provided)
* Completing basic admin tasks including updating records and delivery notes
* Using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for general admin duties
**Experience Required:**
* A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (in-date)
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Basic administrative experience, including data entry and handling delivery documentation
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (basic level)
* Willingness to be trained on internal systems, including booking deliveries and stock systems
**Hours of Work:**
37.5 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
**Salary:**
£26,000 - £27,000 per annum
