We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing premium food retailer in West London seeking Production Chefs of all levels to join their dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and create innovative products while working alongside expert butchers, fishmongers, and a dedicated retail team.

About the Role
Following a major expansion and the launch of a brand-new open kitchen, the business is growing its Production & Development team.

These roles are ideal for talented chefs coming from high-end restaurants who are looking to transition into a daytime, collaborative environment while still using top-quality produce.

You’ll play a key role in developing new recipes, evolving existing ranges, and engaging directly with customers throughout the day, bringing passion and creativity to every dish.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and evolve the company’s range of premium products, including: Breakfast items, pastries, sandwiches, bagels (hot & cold), fresh salads, and grab-and-go options.

Collaborate closely with the butchery, fishmongery, and retail teams to create exciting seasonal offerings.

Use customer feedback and sales reports to refine and improve product ranges.

Engage with customers via the open kitchen, showcasing your skills and promoting a premium food experience.

Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene regulations are followed, maintaining compliance with company policies.

Work in alignment with the company’s core values of sustainability, quality, and innovation.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a professional chef.

Background in high-end restaurants or premium food establishments.

Strong understanding of seasonal produce and menu development.

A creative and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for innovation.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.

Desire to work daytime hours in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
