We are here for the whole community, working together to create partnerships and offer a wide range of opportunities which benefit the whole area. Our passion is to help the people that we support to live full, meaningful and active lives. There are two jobs - one in Spalding and the other in Skegness. From our established community base, you’ll work with a Team Leader, and our staff team to lead, inspire and develop the existing service, creating even more community connections, finding exciting new opportunities which give people with learning disabilities the chance to try something new, develop skills, and make something happen in the community and the lives of other people. The people we support want the chance to try new things and meet new people, as well as keep developing new skills, do more volunteering, get work experience and help local people. We know that everyone has something to contribute to their community and it’s our job to help them make that happen.
We have set ourselves an exciting agenda of change and improvement and we have already taken our first steps on the journey.
