Full time Mother’s help Housekeeper role near Tadley, RG26
This family are looking for a Mother’s help to support them with the children and around the home, whilst dad is at work. They have a 2.5 year old girl and little one due in December. The role is Monday to Friday 12noon to 8pm – (there will flexibility on the finish time, i.e. if their daughter falls asleep before this time the nanny may leave early and if it takes longer they would need to stay slightly later- this would be paid overtime) This is a shared care role however, there will be times when the nanny will work sole charge caring for their daughter and they must also be confident watching the baby whilst mum naps.
Duties to include nursery pick (only a short walk away), preparing healthy meals and snacks for the family, settling their daughter for her nap and bedtime (the family follow a child-led, gentle approach), all usual nursery duties and creating age appropriate activities within the home to keep the little girl entertained in the afternoons after nursery. As well as tidying and full cleaning the house.
The little girl enjoys playing with her toys, reading, music, swimming in the indoor pool, going on puddle walks and exploring the large garden into the countryside; a kind, loving, engaging and pro-active Mother’s help Nanny would be a great match to work alongside and support mum as they welcome the new addition to their family.
