Crynodeb

The Field Care Supervisor works closely with a team of four, supported by the Registered Care Manager, Compliance Lead, and Business Manager, to ensure compliance across the entire business structure and care delivery processes.

To ensure the highest quality of care delivery and support, we conduct assessments and reviews of individual service users and provide practical supervision, instruction, and support to our community care workers. As part of the team, you will monitor and assess service provision to offer valuable and innovative ideas and approaches for improvement and progression, as our business model expands. You will work closely with the dedicated coordinator to optimise schedules and deploy our reliable workforce, ensuring that all our existing and new service users receive the highest standards in the delivery of care.
The post rotates on a shift basis, involving a two- or three-week shift pattern. While your primary role is during office hours, you will also be responsible for monitoring any out-of-hours inquiries and allocating care staff to cover occasional sickness of rostered staff on early and late shifts. Additionally, you will support the out-of-hours facility on rotating weekends. (There will be standby care staff as the first line of sickness cover.)
The weekend out-of-hours service involves holding the on-call phone from home unless pre-planned operational requirements dictate otherwise. Sickness cover will be sourced from our bank of full-time care staff.

AM Shift - 6am to 2pm Mon-Fri
PM Shift - 2pm to 10pm Mon – Fri

Job Role Requirements:

Level 2 Care Qualification (Minimum)
Level 3 Care Qualification or working towards (Minimum)
