Act as the first point of contact for residents, resolving issues as they arise.
Regularly visit accommodation units within and outside the borough, ensuring properties are maintained and occupied appropriately.
Identify and report repairs, liaising with landlords and Property Services to uphold quality standards.
Offer advice on tenancy conditions, rent payments, utilities, and housing options.
Support vulnerable residents by identifying needs and referring them to appropriate support services.

Uphold health and safety regulations, equality, and customer care policies.
Essential Requirement:
Experienced in housing management, homelessness services, or a related field.
Knowledgeable about housing legislation, homelessness law, and tenancy rights.
Able to handle challenging situations with empathy, resilience, and professionalism.
Skilled at building positive relationships with residents, landlords, and partner agencies.
