What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant status or willingness to work towards.
• Training and experience in relevant learning strategies e.g. literacy/ Key Stage 1 or 2
• Experience of leading whole-class teaching opportunities from EYFS to KS2
• Experience of preparing and delivering resources (age and ability appropriate) to engage with pupils and contribute to their learning objectives
• Experience of developing and implementing Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans
• Experience of working with pupils with different abilities, and adapting own approach and learning
• Experience of delivering a strong universal teaching offer
