What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of our outstanding school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring Learning Assistant Level 2 to work flexibly to provide outstanding care to children. The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of children's needs and be able to work as part of a team. A flexible approach to duties will be required, together with a willingness to be involved in the wider life of the school.
The successful candidate MUST have recent and relevant experience as a Learning Assistant within Key Stage 2, supporting children, together with a passion for working with primary-aged pupils to make a positive impact on their learning and development. You will have a Level 2 or higher qualification.
We are looking for someone who:
• Who has experience and a passion for working with children of the primary age phase
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Is committed to high standards and achieving the best outcomes for all
• Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
