by providing a wide range of services including affordable housing, training and development, employment services, youth

Early Help Administrator
22.5 Hours per week
£14,335.15
Early Help and Prevention is a whole system approach, working in a collaborative way to support children, young people, and
families to build on their strengths, overcome challenges and make positive changes for themselves.
The role will include:
* Performing reception duties and providing administrative support to Goodwin Family Hubs.
* Being responsible for disseminating information about the Family Hub and Early Help services within the area.
* Work flexibly across both Fenchurch and Octagon Family Hubs to meet the needs of the service
To be successful in this role you will:
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people and families,
* You will have relevant Business Administration/NVQ Level 2, equivalent or working towards
* Undertake administrative duties required to ensure the effective, efficient running of the Fenchurch and Octagon Family Hubs,
liaising closely with relevant agencies/providers of services.
* As a welcome champion you will meet, greet and communicate effectively with visitors, families, and professionals who use the
Family Hubs
* Collect, collate and prepare information, data and statistics, ensuring accurate and timely inputting into Liquid Logic and
other IT systems.
* The successful candidate must have a high level of self-motivation, excellent organisational skills, ability to work on their
own initiative and be able to deal with confidential material discreetly.
* You will have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using integrated I.T. systems.
