Temporary position, for 1 year
The Governing Body of Nant Celyn Primary School wish to offer a Temporary contract for two Level 2 Teaching Assistants. Both of these positions are within our Learning Resource Base.Nant Celyn prides itself on its inclusivity and the successful applicants will have a passion for learning and for supporting all children by meeting their needs so that they may realise their potential.
You could be the one for us, if you:
Are a caring practitioner who truly places the wellbeing of all children at the heart of their practice;
Are a creative and inspirational practitioner with a commitment to meeting and maintaining the Teaching Assistant Professional Standards;
Have the ability to support the class providing inclusive, creative and challenging learning opportunities, using technology innovatively;
Have a proven expertise of supporting children with ALN
Have a demonstrable ability to support pupils with ALN to make good progress according to their ability
Are a confident and proactive member of staff;
Have a demonstrable commitment to the school including attendance and punctuality.
Have an interest in contributing to the life of the school community outside of the classroom.
Have positive relationships with colleagues, pupils and families, contributing to the team ethos of Nant Celyn
In return Governors will support the successful candidate in all aspects of school life to ensure continued practice of effective learning and development throughout the school and its community.
