Your new company
A well-established housing association in Dundee is seeking an experienced Housing Assistant for an initial 3-month assignment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team supporting tenants and delivering essential housing services.
Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant and resident enquiries.
- Support housing officers with tenancy management and estate inspections.
- Assist with processing repairs, maintenance requests, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records and update housing systems.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Contribute to community engagement and resident satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous housing assistant or management experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management (advantageous).
